Stroganoff

1 lb ground beef
1 small onion chopped
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. carton of sour cream
Rice or noodles

Brown ground beef and onions. Drain. Combine soup and sour cream. Dilute a bit if necessary. Add to the beef. Heat through. Serve over noodles or rice.
